Hunnnydew Glad I could help! I am trying to take my own advice and drink more water and exercise. It is so hard to remember with all these other life distractions. And please take your vitamins!!! Anemia will run you down as you know. We want to be healthy mommies...

I do an it is a great tool. Of course, even when I get it all done, within 24 hours it is back to the very same, but at least I know there is a little cleaner surface under all those toys, pb and j stains and whatnot.

Hunnnydew There is a spot where you can print out a control journal for free if you don't want to create your own. She also has free control journals for the holidays, finances, and I think office. These are to help you establish routines to keep your days...
