I do, but not as much as i used to. its strange because if you sometimes worry about somethnig, if it then happens it doesn't always seem to be so bad if it happens. has that happened to you?

IgotHere Yes I do sometimes but I'm trying to give up. The best thing to reduce worrying is to convince myself that the thing I am worrying about is not happening yet so why should I worry? The other thing is I always try to remember worrying is not good for my health...
