Did you ever have to reformat your computer? Why?

Viruses roam the Internet, randomly infecting you and some are super hard to get rid of. Did you ever have to reformat, or reset your computer just to get rid of one? What kind? Did you try to remove it with a Anti-Virus program?

ImNotLikeYou Can't name them all but the green ones the most. It smells like vomit, and then I vomit myself.
