What's wrong with day sleep

I and my friend selected for a bpo company.my worry is about sacrificing night sleep and I also read a article that night sleep is necessary. My question is when I complement with day sleep ,what is the problem?

Infin1ty Never got that urge to shop. I buy only stuff i really need but on the other hand my girlfriend buy anything she likes no matter if its useful or not :|.
