As a big Dodgers fan I would hate to see the Giants make it. Before the playoffs started my hope was for the Orioles and Reds, but now I would love to see Tigers beat the Cardinals. It sure looks like the Yankees have given up....

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to save on the LADWP bill besides the standard responde of not using the air conditioner? Any help would be great, thank you!
