my ex husband has promised our daughter she can get a butterfly tattoo when she turns 12 next month! I think this is terribly wrong! My ex thinks this is perfectly fine because he has tattoos and says if she can handle the pain...

Jadxia One, investigate if any artist that is reputable, will actually tattoo her. Another thing is, try and compromise, 16 is a more realistic age, honestly. Find some way to compromise, or create an avenue in which she has to earn it, study, prove she has done her...
