... and give up meat and meat products. This may be the solution to address some health issues. I grow up eating meat and I know how hard this habit to give up might be. I don't know yet how to start but perhaps little by little...

ANUJ KUMAR JAIN It's very great step taken by you. I do not also never eat meat, I am pure vegetarian. This may be a very hard for you to give up meat and meat products but as a proverb, Practice makes a man perfect. It's realy appreciating. keep it up.
