Jakkim This may be a little extreme but have them play 1 on 1 full court during practice. Put the emphasis on defense and reward those that do well. if you want to get a little tougher, punish (but not too much) the ones who get scored on because they didn't put in...

Jakkim Practice makes perfect. I do feel good about the fact that I'm writing something instead of wasting around doing nothing. The brain needs constant stimulation to stay on top of its game and writing/reading are the among the methods to exercise the brain.

Jakkim Try teaching them a 2-3 zone. Most kids usually don't have the heart and willpower to play hard man to man defense for the entire stretch of the game. A zone would allow them to cover an area without having to stick with a man the entire time on defense. It...

Jakkim www.wow-pro.com has a lot of useful guides for the game. It doesn't have many resources and some of the guides are outdated but the instance and leveling guides are very handy if you're ever stuck or confused.
