JamieN God could help you make it real... but nothing will come with nothing. You could not grow a flower if you dont watered it... but thats just my opinion

I want to stop smoking any good sugestions how to accomplish that i heard about some e-cigaretes that help you when you get use to less nicotin in your body and some nicotin patches did anyone try with these?
