It a plus factor but its not really the main point of success... Look at the richest men in in this world, most of them even not earned a degree, but they succeed because it's more on attitude and character.

Yes...Its too hard to give 12th and go for degree...Its simple to get admission for diploma and go for degree sfter completing diploma...one can go for job after diploma...Hence diploma is best thing to do...
