OK, I have a problem with neighbors BBQing all the time and smoking me out!

Now I always have to close my windows, even when I'm not home because they do this about every other nite and I'm telling you the smoke is really bad. They use a hibatchi with that cheap lighter fluid and I'm telling you the wind...

What do you say to neighbors with negative comments?

Do you ignore them, say something rude back, or try to stay away from them? I think some of my neighbors could use a stay in a mental hospital, although that is such a rude comment to make to a neighbor!
