is regular physical exercise is necessary for maintaining good health?

I dont take any physical exercise in my daily life. With out physical exercise my daily life is moving. But i know physical exercise is necessary for health. But it makes me boring thats why i dont practice such kind of exercise.

Jeyarajsridhar What is your age ? If you are over 35 years of age, compulsorily you have to exercise to keep fit. Walking a simple, but the king of all exercises, should be part of your exercise.
