is regular physical exercise is necessary for maintaining good health?

I dont take any physical exercise in my daily life. With out physical exercise my daily life is moving. But i know physical exercise is necessary for health. But it makes me boring thats why i dont practice such kind of exercise.

What is your age ? If you are over 35 years of age, compulsorily you have to exercise to keep fit. Walking a simple, but the king of all exercises, should be part of your exercise.

You should cultivate the interest in some exercises like walking/jogging/tennis/swimming/yoga, etc. It will help you become healthier than you are now. Inactivity can lead to sluggishness and other physical problems like joint pains, storage of unwanted fat,etc. At a later point of time, you might really repent not doing any exercises now :(
