what is your views about daily serials?

many people get addicted for serials they may miss to eat but they'll never miss to watch serials. what to you feel about this. what is the best solution to keep them away from watching serials.

Jisranies Just remove the channel from the TV or reciever. I always do this anywhere I see those channels.
