What do you do to relax at home? I am very stressed out. Nothing seems to relax me. I tried to listen to music, to read, to play with my cat. I am still very stressed out. Weather isn't good for me. It's very cold and cloudy.

Joann It depends on the person. I saw some people change, some are not. It's better for them to learn from what they've been doing because they will realize it harms their family and community. It's better that there's somebody who can talk to them and advice.

Joann That's a good plan. Yes, it's good to share our blessings to other people or family. It's hard to be a winner but who knows one day it will happen. Mostly the winners are seniors though.
