cmathias12 Great tip! I didn't know this. I think that now that I do, I would be more inclined to have tea daily but I do not know that I could drink up to 3 cups a day. I use o be a big tea drinker but now I don't care for it as much as I use to.

poohgal I just drank 2 cups of green tea in the Japanese restaurant during dinner. I love green tea and I'm happy to hear that drinking green tea helps to reduce the risk of dementia. I shall tell my parents and grandma to drink more.
