How many hours do you sleep every day?

Friends, let's share. How many hours do you need to sleep every day? I will need at least 8 hours. If I must sleep less than 8 hours, so I will have headache all day. How about you? Have a good weekend. Best wishes,

JoelleRuan Dear Friend,from monday to friday ,I sleep around 6-7 hours ,but on saturday and sunday,I must have a nice sleep no more less than 10 hours.
