What is more challenging working in Government Agencies or working in Private Company?

I've have worked for government agency before. I worked there for six years,but the problem is that they always hire people for project based contract.What do you think about working for private companies

Toni I have never really experienced working on both sectors. But I've heard that working in the government is more stable than working in a private company.
