Joyce_04 The problem is, I don't have time to go to the gym. I work at night and take care fo my kid during daytime. Right now, cuttingmore on my food intake is the only option and additional walking to the office.

Joyce_04 My diet plans as of now were heavy breakfast. Light lunch and no dinner at all. I'm as well drinking green tea because it is anti-oxidant. I'll continue this diet and see its results. Thanks for the input!

Joyce_04 That's a good idea! I'll make another sheet on my organizer to list down my food intake. By this I will be reminded by the calories I am putting on my body. On the contrary, I am not really moving that much because I'm always in the office sitting down....

Joyce_04 Yes, it shows me that earning were last updated 14 hours ago. And I don't have any earnings at all yet. I think we ahev to give the admin a lee way of 48hours before we can see our total earnings.

Joyce_04 Aye! I don't want to be involved. Besides of the fact that I am going to fool someone, I have a decent job to feed my family. It's just aggrevating that I know what she is doing and I can't so anything to straighten things up.
