Junig1 Hi, Thanks for responding, I do appreciate it. I will be teaching in Poland as part of a three weeks summer programme and I am hoping I can get at least a one year contract there:-)

Junig1 Hi, thanks for responding. Exercise does help although I hate exercising. Music I love alot and often it proves to be a good escape:-)
