I'm losing hair, is it because of dengue?

I had dengue first week of November, and it was a serious one. Thanks God I survived! But now my hair is falling. It's scary, when I wash my hair lots of them fall off. Is it an after-effect of the disease?

Kajone Hello hafsah, my sister and I we had dengue too, you can read about our situation in some of the last postings. I can tell you that you can calm down... we had very bad loss of hair too after dengue. but now its like it was before dengue. we tried...

Kajone jemina how much time did it take after recover from dengue to start loosing hair? and how many months did u suffer loosing hair? thx for all informations...i am happy to talk to people who pass through the same mess...

Kajone ohh i have the same problem...that means my sister and me. we got dengue in indonesia about more or less 3-4 months ago. since aprox. 2 months we are both suffering under diffuse hairfall. my bed looks like there would have slept a dog because of all the hair...
