How much egg is too much

We all know eggs are very rich in nutrition. I used have atleast one egg each day in my menu. But i heard eating too much egg too is not good. so i need to know how much is too much Or is it better to take eggwhites only?

Four Walls @Kandelaber -- I grew up listening to country music, so I like more melodic guitar playing like Mark Knopfler. Not saying anything about them except they aren't my cup of tea.
