Encourage yourself in excercise, how?

Hello there! I used to regularly jog outdoors or do some exercises at home. But I just can't be so consistent with doing it. For one month i've been doing it, then got bored and stop. Then when I missed it, do it regularly again...

Kapalbility Try enrolling in different programs. I box and lift weights, and I don't get bored. Bonus: Get an exercise buddy. Try fitness boxing!

Why do men look and keep on looking at you?

Just curious because I always find men looking at me... teens and older. Once they look, they will look again... especially in public transportation where like 4 of us are squished together, one guy farther away seems to enjoy...

Kapalbility No, baby, that dress does not make you look fat. Kidding aside, it is a natural reflex to look again if they notice someone notice they noticed them. Talk about repeating the same word. But it makes sense. Or, maybe they find nurses, especially the ones...

Kapalbility I think that is a scam. That's too big of a minimum payout. Try to run background checks first, before entering any PTC / GPT site.
