KiSSiX i know someone who can't eat without coke on the side. now, she's suffering having a high sugar level and arthritis but still continue drinking that sugary fizzy drink. i feel sorry for her but can't do anything coz she got used to it and can't change.

KiSSiX have you ever tried applying coconut oil right after rinsing from the bath or shower then apply neutrogena lotion after then re-apply the lotion before hitting the bed? my mum used to have a really dry skin but this trick that i thought her improved her skin...

KiSSiX i got to have take a bath/shower daily. i lived in London for three years and the chilling weather didn't stop me. to avoid drying my skin, i apply loads of oil to my body right after rinsing and and let it dry then apply lotion. that trick never failed me.
