One of my subordinate seems to be a heavy drinker as he always finds some of the other way to drink. He hides it from his parents so don't go to home after drinking and stays with his friends at night and goes home in the morning...

Anna @Kingstoe Accepting this kind of habit is nothing good. Those who drive drunk can kill people, they beat their wives. Sorry but I do not accept them at all.
