After 12 years of being a carer to my children,I'm finally able to get back to work,be it only 12 and a half hours a week but happy to be working.

NICOLA GREENHOUGH I'd like to think that if I lost money someone would hand it in somewhere. But this doesn't happen very often! I found someone purse a while a go and did everything in my power to get it back to them. They were very thankful x

Has anyone tried chia seeds for weightloss?

NICOLA GREENHOUGH I've not heard of them. I've tried a lot of diets and weight-loss things. Slimming world is really good x
