What method do you try to use to keep yourself awake

So, what if coffee doesn't help you at all at the time you were at work. You were so sleepy, and your eyes simply want to shut off, and you have to make them open. You have to fought yourself within, and keep yourself awake. But...

LE1111 i think coffee is always a bad choice , you don't want to affect the health of your nerves and your skin , well , your overall health , my advice is to stay away from caffeine as possible as you can . be safe

LE1111 well, that may help him wake up for like 2 minutes then he'll want to sleep again .
