I have anxiett disorder and I am wondering for those that have it or know someone that has it...how do you cope? How would you calm down during an anxiety attack?

Lauren Cohan It's definitely hard to deal with. I have been hospitalized a couple times when it got so bad. It really feels like you're dying. I'm always afraid that I am going to pass out and it feels like my heart wants to jump out of my chest.
