Foxxee I think the tenant had a good deal going on as it is... paying $200 a month, there really should be no excuse not to pay that. That's cheap. But all in all.... it's the tenants fault if the money never got to the landlord & yes in this case the landlord...

Foxxee Even with a receipt from a money order, that isn't proof, they will have to contact the number on the money order & find out if it was for sure cashed or lost.

Foxxee Abuse is abuse, but munchausen by proxy is sometimes un-noticed & the child might never get help because this form of abuse is hard to spot. Either way, I feel people should be more aware of it because it happens & is happening right before our eyes....
