HELP! What program do I need?

Hi Guys, I have downloaded a torrent containing a .nfo file, a .sfv file and a bunch of sequencial file; .01, .02 etc. What data extraction program do you think i need to use to open this? I would really appreciate the help.

Waking up in your dreams?

This had happened to me many times in my life. I would sometimes wake-up only to find out that I was still in a dream. and wake up again (well that's what I thought) and still be dreaming. then finally waking up to the real world....
