How do you go Swallowing Pills?

I can swallow a dozen at a time with a small gulp of water (or coffee). Some are quite big and a couple are small. I'm amazed how some folk have a problem just swallowing one. How do you go?

MsTickle @Lejlacka When I was a child i had problems swallowing tablets. My mother became impatient with me and I became frustrated with myself. I overcame my problem mentally with determination because i was scared of my mother.
