Lillian0o As for me,when i feel sorrow and depress,i often eat less.I even don't want to enjoy tasty food when i sad.But sometimes after i had a simple meal i may be more comfort just because i did something for keeping fit.

Why is it mostly taekwondo practitioner don't know how to used their hands in sparring? Are they allow to used their fist?

Lillian0o In my opinion,Bruce Lee is a master of kungfu.He made Chinese Kungfu be widely known.He has the undescribe speed and strong body.He is a great movie star.If only he could had lived some more years. Now,I still remember his speed and his special roar.
