What can someone do to lower it? What are the types of food that are good in lowering it?

LillieD I wish I knew. I refuse to take statin drugs for high cholesterol so I was told by my doctor to walk 30 minutes per day and stay on a low fat diet.

Do u use a gps?

do u use a gps system when u are driving a car. Or do you use the old method of looking in a map to see where you are going so you don't get lost. I like to use gps better and i don;t need to use me brain LOl.

LillieD Actually I use mapquest when I need directions. I have the Millennium Plus GPS system. It is a tracking system not a navigation system. My opinion is that a navigation system is just something else to do or look at while driving. Just my 2 cents!

LillieD Actually, I go to mapquest if I need directions although I have a GPS system. I have Millennium Plus. It is a GPS racking system not a navigation system.
