Do you often check the expiration date of the medicines inside your shelf?

I am not in the habit of doing this. i will just check when i want to look for a medicine that i need in case that i need to buy something i make sure i don't have any thing on my shelf before i buy it. so only then upon checking...

LinLinLinLin I chked, but when it was needed, out of EXP date, I even use it; we have a aid kit in my ofc, which was charged by a colleague, she should chk the exp date regularly, but that's for work,
