Linotron I'm the reverse - I carry the office laptop home, as there are usually a things I need to finish before a deadline, and I don't want to be stuck in the office all alone to finish any project.

What is the difference between the old and new covenant?

Some ministers say that we are under the new covenant but why is it that most christians do not know about this and still acting like we are still under the law?

Linotron Call it tradition. Or the devil's deception. Or the fact that hey, though the concept of saved by grace is quite easy to understand, it boggles the mind that the way to be saved is "so easy" that the person needs to do something to be saved.

Can you install an OS using the USB drive?

I am just curious. What if you don't have a cd/dvd drive, can you copy all the files from an OS installer to a USB storage device and load install it to your system?

Linotron Unfortunately, no; because you'll need to boot from the usb to install your OS, and simply copying the install files won't make your usb bootable. However, there is a way (there always is), but you'll need either 2 usb sticks (one for booting, the other one...
