Lisa Jo That is a good way to control anger. My father was very good at anger management. He would just leave the room for about 30 minutes and after that everything used to be normal. But I am stuck with my spouse who is always angry. He used to be an alcoholic but...

Lisa Jo Definitely the sudden change in behaviour which includes ignoring you. Of late, in fact, he/she has become smart enough to not show any obvious changes so you need to be extra careful and read the signs.
