In today's crime ridden world I feel we need to have some kind of self protection, but if we allow everyone to posses guns, then it becomes a danger itself, don't you agree?What's your views on this?

I finished 11 of the twelve books and is waiting for the writer to finish number 12, probably by next year. I also would like to know if it would become the next best movie series like Lord of the Rings?
