Firefly That happened to me when im using my phone. You have to change the size and resolution of the photo. Easier if you screenshot the photo.

Hope @hereandthere I find that if I get the pictures on Pixabay I don't have to resize them. When they are my own pictures I reduce them by 50% and they show up fine.
