There was a talked I've heard that If that is your first time to deliver a baby you must do it qietly. So that in the next time you have another baby it will be smoothly out away without any problem. Then if you do it noisily...

Do you find problems to feed young children healthy food such as vegetables?

I have a young child who refuses eating vegetables. I would like to share my problem with other mothers who possibly went throguh this same situation or with anybody who has any suggestion as to how to go about it...thanks

LuaCara I followed a similar route as yours. My kids love eating raw vegetables but certain vegetables have to be cooked and I faced a few problems till i learnt to give them "exotic names."

If recipes are not to be included what kind of discussion is possible under cooking? I have so many wonderful recipes and would like to learn new ones but giving recipes here is against guideliness. Any suggestions please?
