Hi guys, I started my website some days back and I'm looking for writers. I'm willing to pay 10 cents per unique Article by PayPal. can somebody suggest where I can find good writers?

MBBerry I agree with everyone else. You should be paying at least a $1.00 per hundred words for a credible article and that is still pretty cheap. You would be better off to write some quality content and then get people to guest blog and put links to their own...
