Relapsing or progressive

Are there two types of MS - Relapsing and progressive? Which one is common? Whats the difference?

MamaRain See it's not just complications like infections but it could be a seizure in the wrong place or inability to breathe or swallow... And in North America every now and then you catch commercials but you're so right there need to be more so people actually see...
