How come some people fall asleep instantly once their head hits the pillow? I do envy them. I normally sleep at 3 or 4 am and wake up at around 11 or 12 noon. I have a home-based job so I can sleep and wake up whenever I want. But...

Manuel01 Hello again friend, please try to get a good sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day. It's needed by our body. No amount of wealth can compensate for an ailing body. Health is really wealth.
