I have a 7 month old pomeranian, she is AKC registered with papers but shes HUGE. she weighs 13.5 pounds. i know bredd standard is 7 pounds max. does anyone else have a Huge pom? why did this happen?

I am currently enrolled in a 2 yr paralegal program for an associates degree but I hear there are some 4 year Bachelors programs. I would like to get a 4 year degree after getting my 2 year degree and then maybe go to law school....
