I was talking to a friend of mine and I told him that I was talking to my bosses. He asked if they were male and I said yes then he made this comment that bosses are always males. So I was like, so does that mean the females can't...

Megan3708 I have had both male and female bosses. In fact, at my current job i have a male AND a female superior. i have the same respect for both, i think it really depends on their attitude and how they portray themselves.
