I am sure all of us have bad mood from time to time, sometimes with reason and sometimes without. How do you deal with your own bad mood? How do you make yourself feel better? I am having one of those bad mood days today...

Memeoftx6 I'm like you, I get in those bad moods, and I don't like for people to see me that way, because I am generally a cheerful person, also. So, I try to stay to myself, and let things get out of my system, but there are times when that is impossible. I can listen...
