i really am bogged up trying to explain my professional credibility to few of my seniors with fixed ideas about people's gender, age or their looks.i missed a important board meeting for that senior of mine felt i don't look...

MiMi50 That is so true. I meet someone a few months ago that I normally would not associate with because of their hard looks but I got to know the person and they have a wonderful heart and soul.
