formidexo Not at this time because I have eliminated all the negative foods. I now eat healthy and nutritious food and feel so much better. Try to eat food as natural as you can get it. Stay healthy!

asxenon I too loves chocolate... however, every time i had alot of chocolate, i will be having constipation as well.... So, what can i do. I have to slow down my crave for chocolate and keep control of it... or else i will suffer from it :D
