I'm losing hair, is it because of dengue?

I had dengue first week of November, and it was a serious one. Thanks God I survived! But now my hair is falling. It's scary, when I wash my hair lots of them fall off. Is it an after-effect of the disease?

Missisun1 I am suffering from the same thing - i see that you posted this two years ago, but please can you tell me - did you lose all of your hair? I'm scared!
