Morenix sometimes I forgot to pray until breakfast, so I start by stretching and fixing my bed, and automatically goes to do comfort room, after that I will have my face washed..

Morenix maybe let's wait for a smoker to answer those question, but i believe that there is one time that smoking helps, it should be done after eating as it activates the release of digestive juice in the stomach.. I don't smoke and I don't find it appealing.
