lilybug Queso Quesaddilla is the one you want not the Asadero cheese. The Asadero is a little bit yellow and a bit tangier.

Darkwing I think this might be Feta Cheese. It's a white, crumbly cheese, which is used in many Italian recipes. It doesn't melt, like Cheddar, and it's made from goats' milk. I hope this helps... Brightest Blessings.
